This report is based on an online survey of fitness operators around the globe administered by ClubIntel. The study was open from September 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. A total of 556 fitness operators representing just over 7,300 clubs, gyms and fitness studios responded. The insights from this study provides a framework for how fitness operators should look at their business over the next 6 to 18 months if they wish to thrive.
