The study explored the behaviors, perceptions and sentiments of members starting before closure, during closure and after re-opening. The report offers valuable insights into member perceptions and behaviors with respect to their former club/studio and how its evolved over 2020.

The Fitness Industry’s Awakening Post-Covid-19 Facility Closures
This report is based on an online survey of fitness operators around the globe administered by ClubIntel. The study was open from September 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. A total of 556 fitness operators representing just over 7,300 clubs, gyms and fitness studios responded. The insights from this study provides a framework for how fitness operators should look at their business over the next 6 to 18 months if they wish to thrive.
