What Members Say Matters (High Resolution Version) – What Members Say is Needed if Health/Fitness Facilities Want them Back

This report presents the final findings and insights of our study exploring the behaviors and experiences of U.S. health/fitness facility members pre-Covid-19 closures, during Covid-19 closures and finally, member sentiments toward returning to their health/fitness facility upon reopening. The report also brings forward key behavioral and experiential metrics associated with the likelihood of members returning. Finally, the report looks at differences between demographic groups with respect to the likelihood of members returning, as well as the sentiments driving that decision to return.
